A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Urban Lady Foundation (ULF). A non profit 501 © 3 organization which helps to change the face of society for the better, one young woman at a time. ULF provides a myriad of useful opportunities such as mentorship and encouragement to young ladies from underprivileged communities.
The ULF recently launched another vision of the organization by helping to guide professional women from all walks of life to a better plateau. Artist Angela Winbush and Vivica A. Fox will share center stage at the 10th
Annual TSU Women of Legend and Merit Awards.
The award winning, super talented Vivica A. Fox is known
for her many television and movie roles, she is a highly sought after actress,
producer and entrepreneur who resides in Los Angeles, California. Vivica has been in the business long enough
to achieve a successful multi-faceted career. Hollywood screen gem, Fox,
has triumphantly built an international brand that stands on the strength that
women can do anything. With an extensive body of work that encompasses

She got her start at an early age singing at Temple Church of Christ, the church founded by her grandparents Bishop Austin and Sister Selena Layne. With a passion for design and architecture Àngela enrolled at Howard University in Washington, DC as an architecture student. It was while at Howard she began singing for money to help support her college education.
Her singing roots were still deeply and firmly planted in the church she began singing with Richard Smallwood at Union Temple Baptist Church. She also began performing with friends in a group called "Hot Tea". This gave her exposure to the music industry as she and her friends began traveling around the country and opening for major performers.

"A Street Called Desire", some of which were "Save Your
Love", "I'll Be Good" and "Your Smile". Àngela also proved herself as a solo
songwriter and producer working successfully with many artist in the industry
including The Isley Brothers, Stephanie Mills, Lalah Hathaway and Sheena
Easton. Àngela has sold over ten million albums and singles worldwide. She is a Stage III

Award-winning worship artist Stephen B. Steward, in partnership with LOV Olive Branches, CDC – a nonprofit organization serving at-risk youth, announces the talent call for the highly anticipated annual “SBS Youth Talent Competition.”
All Proceeds to Benefit LOV Olive Branches, CDC in Its Service to Local At-Risk Youth.
They are accepting submissions from solo and group acts since March 11, applicants aged 5 to 17 are encouraged to visit http://www.stephenbsteward.com/2015-talent-competition to upload videos demonstrating their talents in singing, dancing, acting, playing instruments, and spoken word. After talent submissions end on May 11, finalists in each school category (Elementary, Middle, and High School) will be selected and announced to perform at the annual SBS Youth Music Festival this year held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on July 11. At the festival, Los AngelesCouncilmember Curren Price Jr. (9th district) will offer opening remarks and will arrange for bus transportation for participating students that need it.
The judging is based on criteria that will include originality, stage presence, performance quality, musicianship and overall likeability, the Grand Prize winners of each school category of the competition will receive a $1000 scholarship.

The biggest night in Gospel music, The Annual Stellar
Gospel Music Awards, is moving to a new venue and taping date in celebration of
its 30th Anniversary milestone. The show's producer announced today that the
telecast will be taped in front of a live audience at the Orleans Arena in Las
Vegas, Nevada with a new Spring production date, shifting from January to March
28, 2015.
"I am excited about moving The Stellar Awards to
the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas to celebrate our 30th Anniversary in a bigger,
more elegant venue," said Don Jackson, founder & executive producer of
The Stellar Awards. "The 30th Anniversary of The Stellar Awards will mark
the longest running Black awards show in television and we wanted to
commemorate this historic occasion in a first class venue that we know our
Gospel music stars and guests will enjoy."
"Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the
world, and we are excited to welcome The Stellar Awards to our great
city," said Oscar B. Goodman, former mayor and now the Chairman of the Las
Vegas Host Committee. "As the official ambassador of Las Vegas, I look
forward to welcoming The Stellar Awards and showing them how much we appreciate
them choosing our destination."
"We are honored to welcome The Stellar Awards to
The Orleans, and we look forward to hosting thousands of gospel music fans from
across the country," said Tony Taeubel, Senior Vice President and General

Annually the Stellar Awards recognizes the

The show will air in broadcast syndication on 150
stations in over 125 markets around the country during the Easter holiday
season from April 5 - May 3, 2015.
Artist submissions for Stellar Awards consideration
will be accepted from September 1 - September 30, 2014. Per changes to last
year's eligibility criteria, projects qualified for consideration this year
must have a release date between October 1, 2013 and September 30, 2014.
Additional rules, regulations and the online submission form will be posted at
www.thestellarawards.com.
The show is open to the public, with hotel and ticket
packages on sale beginning August 4, 2014. Package prices range from $600-$1000
per person and include premium or deluxe accommodations as well as priority
seating at the live taping and ancillary events. To purchase your package, call
1-800-675-3267 between the hours of 7:00AM - 11:00PM (PST) seven days a week
and mention The Stellar Awards to receive this special pricing. Individual show
tickets for SAGMA members will go on sale August 15, 2014 and general public

Music Awards Pre-Show will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 to announce
winners of the non-televised awards categories. Additionally, The Stellar
